If you’re looking for a family night out the Lincoln Airport will be hosting their September outdoor movie ‘Back To The Future’ this Friday night.  Food and Fun will begin around 6:30 p.m. and the movie will play around 9:15 p.m.

The event is located on the west side of the airport in an open green space. The movie will be projected on the side of an old Cold War hangar.  Moviegoers will be allowed to stay in their cars or bring blankets and chairs to sit in the grass.  The movie event is free to the community, but you must have a ticket to attend.

You can get tickets by clicking on the register button on the LNK Facebook page.  Parking is first come, first serve beginning at 6:30 p.m.   There will be a dedicated area for cars if you want to sit in the back of your truck or SUV or inside your vehicle.  The airport has added an FM transmitter  to hear the movie through you vehicle speaker.

No campers or tents allowed and no alcohol will be allowed at the event.  Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be allowed and food trucks will be available.
