Britney Spears' estranged ex-husband Jason Alexander, 40, was presented in court on June 13 on charges including felony stalking. This comes from an incident on June 9 in which he filmed himself trespassing on Britney's house prior to her wedding to Sam Asghari, 28.

Britney's attorney, Matthew Rosengart, has informed Hollywood Life that the emergency restraining order issued by the Ventura County Sheriff's Department following Jason's arrest has been extended to three years.

Jason, who was infamously married to Britney for 55 hours in 2004 during a shotgun wedding in Las Vegas, is prohibited from approaching her until at least 2025.

In addition, the bail schedule of the Ventura County Sheriff revealed that Jason's bail, previously set at $22,500, has been upped to $100,000.

On June 13 in the Ventura County courthouse, Jason had the audacity to plead not guilty despite all the evidence, even with the presence of a footage.

Three misdemeanors and two felony offenses were among the charges Jason was facing. The misdemeanors were all related to the event involving the wedding crasher and included battery, refusal to leave private property, and vandalism.

However, the judge additionally added a felony stalking charge, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison. Additionally, Jason is facing two felony counts in California's Napa Valley. One relates to grand theft, while the other to embezzlement. Although he is now incarcerated at the Ventura County Jail, it is anticipated that he will be transferred to Napa Valley to face charges related to his prior felony convictions.

Fans are aware that on June 9, Jason recorded himself entering Britney's Thousand Oaks, California residence. He broadcasted the entire thing live on Instagram. The tape depicts Jason entering her home and the bridal tent where she was to be married.

When questioned about his identity, he responded that he was her "first husband" and that she had invited him. Following an altercation with her security, they were able to restrain him until the Ventura County Sheriff arrived.

At the time, the authorities who responded has provided a clear statement of what went down.

Officer Wright of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department informed, "We responded to the property belonging to Britney Spears for a trespassing Investigation. We arrested an individual by the name of Jason Alexander, 40 years old, for a warrant that is out of state. He is at our Thousand Oaks station right now and being booked."
